Ukulele Concert Fundraiser
The Rotary Club of Andover organised a fund-raising event on Sunday 7th September for Uke@Heart, a local Ukulele band.

On Sunday 7 September, Andover Rotary held a fund-raising event for Uke@Heart, a local ukulele band who have been so helpful before in raising money for good local causes. Taking place at Andover Community Engage (ACE), the new charity in Bridge Street, who kindly both allowed our Club to use their premises and made the tea. The occasion lasted from 2.30 till 5 pm and featured the brilliant young singer Richard Harris who performed for 45 minutes and was very well received. This was followed by a superb cream tea, after which the band Uke@Heart provided another stirring session which got everybody singing. A grand total of £600 was raised for the band!!
