The event ran seamlessly and was enjoyed by 57 guests along with their helpers. Sir Stephen Dalton graced us with his presence and Channel TV were also in attendance. Many thanks to Rathbones who sponsored the event.
The children and staff were buzzing when they returned to School. They all had the most amazing day and the staff wanted to give a huge thanks to the Rotary club for persevering and getting the event to happen during these extraordinary times. Our team as well as the staff of the Amazing Maze made it their job to make the children and staff feel welcome and they all enjoyed the food!
Everyone was friendly and took time to be with the children. One of the Teachers mentioned in particular a lady with some animals who spent lots of time with a child who is a wheelchair user and therefore unable to access all areas. The staff mentioned some Secondary School pupils who were helpful.
These children are not always invited to many parties so when one comes along they love it
Well done all concerned
