For the first time since 2029, the Rotary Primary Schools Quiz made a welcome return. Hosted by Elmvale Svhool, ten nearby primaries each entered a team of four and competition was fierce. With questions ranging from mathematics, science & technology and pot luck, all forty competitors put their knowledge to the test.
After the eight rounds, 1st was Newington, 2nd Hecklegirth and 3rd Elmvale.
As well as a certificate for everyone, a trophy and goody bags were presented to the winners by Rich Graham, Community Engagement Representative from Welcome Break, who kindly sponsored this year's competition.
