Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Rotary Club of Broughty Ferry, to be held on Monday 1 June 2020 at 6:30pm. Drummond Cox will send an invitation by email.

2.     Annual Reports

To receive the Annual Reports from the Council and club committees for the current year.

3.     Finance

To receive the Treasurer’s interim report for the current year and the proposed budget for the ensuing Rotary year.

To determine the club subscriptions for the ensuing Rotary year.

4.     Honorary Members

To elect Honorary Members for the ensuing year

5.    Membership of Council

To elect ordinary members of Club Council for the ensuing year.

6.     Appointment of two examiners of the Accounts
