We are very proud to be involved in a unique event and be part of the Platinum Jubilee history.
An Ox was roasted Bachelors Acre, Windsor on 25 Oct 1809 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of George III and again in 1887 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. This tradition continued with an Ox Roast in 2002 for the Queen’s Golden Jubilee and 2012 for her Diamond Jubilee.
This event has been kindly supported by Windsor St George Rotary Club, Windsor and Eton Town Partnership, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Windsor Platinum Jubilee Committee
All profits go towards the Prince Philip Trust
