Rotary Stroke Awareness Day at Newbury Town Hall

Newbury Rotary holds an annual Stroke Awareness Day offering walk-in blood pressure checks plus a cosy coffee morning at the Newbury Town Hall in Market Place. Tea / Coffee & cake for £2.

Get Involved – Free Blood Pressure Checks at the Town Hall

One of the biggest risk factors for stroke is high blood pressure, and many people don’t realise they have it. That’s why we’re encouraging everyone to take a simple step that could make a real difference.

Join us at Newbury Town Hall for a free blood pressure check, carried out in a friendly, relaxed setting. While you’re there, take the time to chat with our Rotary members, find out more about stroke awareness, and enjoy tea and cake with us.

There’s no need to book, no pressure, and no cost – just a chance to look after your health, ask questions, and connect with people in your community.

A few minutes could help spot an issue early, start a conversation, and potentially save a life – maybe even your own.
