Local charity work
Our club is particularly active in raising funds and supporting local charities.
Our club has gained a great reputation for supporting local charities and taking action to help people in need in our the community. Certain activities have even become annual events including a Charity Golf Day; the Gerrards Cross Classic Car Show; and the Christmas float which tours the area through December.
During the course of a Rotary year, we also research or are approached by local charities who need support and we endeavour to help. Even during the most challenging year of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were able to support charities which were receiving exceptional demands on their services.
