Golf Day at Bearwood Lakes - April 2019
Our club Charity golf day in aid of Me2 Club and Youthline services
Four teams took part and we were lucky with the weather which remained sunny all day. After their round of golf the players were treated to a 3 course meal followed by our charity auction conducted by Ady Williams from BBC Radio Berkshire.
We are always amazed at the generosity of the golfers who dig deep to raise as much money as possible for our worthy charities. We also had a raffle and various competitions throughout the day.
A special thanks must go to Rotarian Rob Hughes who is prime organiser for this event plus thanks to all helpers on the day who made it go so smoothly. Our pictures give just a glimpse of the helpers and winners.
