Presidential Handover

President Frank handed over the chain of office to Jean-Marc Murre.

The day after Independance Day and after a very busy year, Frank will gain his independance by handing over the heavy chain of office to incoming President Jean-Marc
Jean-Marc is the first French President of the Rotary Club of St Andrews and promises not to address members only in French unless they get out of line.
It is just a roumour the French National Anthem will replace the Rotary International toast at the end of meetings.
Sylvia Donaldson was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship.
John Black was also awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship.
