Planning Family Fun Day

Subject: Rotary Children's fun day & family day on 16^th July

                Location: Craigtoun park.

                Introduction: RIBI had a huge success last year's Rotary Children's 

                Fun day in association with KIDS in MIND providing unforgettable

                Experience for thousands of the UK's MOST VULNERABLE children.

                RIBI would like many clubs to take part to enable maximum publicity 

                Across UK.

                Every year our club supports sports day at Saints along with volunteers 

                Going to Zambia to children of families who are missing holidays and

                Sports activities due to financial difficulties. Families First have been

                And our Rotary club have been successfully organising sport's day in

                Saints sport centre for the last 2 years. Club has been supporting the

                Event by financial assistance[£600.00] apart from helping volunteers

                To Zambia. This year instead of sport's day suggestion is to have outdoor

                 Event Rotary Fun Day along with Families First family day.

                 Cost of the event is £1450.00 this includes hiring tent, magician, Punch

                 And Judy apart from old fashion sports for kids and refreshments.

                 40-45 children are expected to take part, RIBI CONTRIBUTE £5 for every

                 Child taking part for which our club has to register before the event by

                 Providing Treasure's name, bank account details of club online which

                 I can undertake.

                 My proposal for Council is club to contribute £575 towards the event

                 In addition to RIBI'S fund of £225.00.

                 May 27^th club's lunch time meeting President ColinB & I can do short

                 Presentation if required.
