- RYLA is the Rotary Youth Leadership Award an inspiring and challenging personal development and leadership program for young people 18 to 25 years. RYLA is a program of Rotary International the largest service organisation in the world. RYLA began in Australia in Brisbane in the 1950’s and is now run by Rotary for young people throughout the world.
What does RYLA mean?

What Does Name "Ryla" Mean. You understand the law of harmony and desire to balance your life with those around you. You may feel incomplete without someone to share your love, ideals, wealth or work. You can be very sensitive and could appear a bit shy and perceptive. You have developed intuition, patience and the ability to nurture others.
