When Maria spoke to us in June 2013 -
" Maria is the driving force behind the Ambassadorial scholars project to highlight some of the homeless people in Cambridge. She initiated a link between the Cambridge project and the Oxford Human Trafficking Research Panel and is now a panel member.
Maria is planning to study for a PhD from next September 2013, most probably in Cambridge."
So how has she got on and what does her future hold ?
It is not always possible to trace those Rotary Scholars that we host each year and find out how their Rotary funding has boosted/impacted on their careers.
Today should be very interesting.
