ALL WELCOME !!

Today we had a lovely sunny Spring day to go with our lively songs and bits of culture. We were delighted to welcome back Iain who gave us 2 sessions of armchair exercise and even got some of us on our feet.  Songs included April Showers, The Ash Grove, You are my Sunshine and A Nightingale Sang in Berkely Square.  Lovely readings included the classic poem 'Daffodils' and 'Spring Cleaning' from Wind in the Willows - Thank You Wendy , Ann and Sian.

Congatulations Iain for soon becoming a Dad !

Doors Open 10.00am - 12.00pm on the first Friday morning of each month.

A Memory-Cafe is where there is a warm welcome for people with dementia or other problems associated memory loss (and their families / carers), who's new memories may be partial and confusing. The aim is to evoke old memories that are complete and comfortable through, for example, refreshments in china cups, home made cakes, photos and documents from past years, songs and poems and informal talks.

Parking and disabled access easy. No charge.
