Everyone Welcome !

Today we gathered at the guided busway crossing near Histon at 8.30am and /or at Gretton School, Girton at 9.30am.  We covered the hedgerows and kerbs along the Oakington Road, the Fen Ditton Road and Gatehouse Road. Thanks go to Ian, Paul, David, Alan & Sian.

Organiser David Adamson ensured we were all well kitted out in jackets, grabbers and bag rings.  We are well provided with adult and childrens sized kit.

Sturdy footwear and sturdy gloves -   Safety first at all times !

We gathered 7 big black bags full of bottles, cans, paper, plastic, polystyrene, bike lights and poisonous cigarette butts - plus 7 wheel trims and a large part of the front of someones car !

Well Done troup - we have already had an acknowledgement of our efforts from the Histon guys - 'On behalf of Histon & Impington Big Tidy Up Group and Adoption scheme, thank you and your team for litter picking Gatehouse Road yesterday.

Well done!, Best wishes, Cedric

Thank You All so Much !!
