Today we review the successes of the past year and establish Council for next year.

Club AGM
(1)    Receive annual reports from Committees (since 1 July 2015)
(2)    Receive Treasurer’s report so far and budget for next year (from 1 Jul 2016)

         Appoint 2 examiners of the Club’s accounts (1 must not be a trustee)

(3)    Elect honorary members of the Club
(4)    Confirm Committee Chairs (after 1 Jul 2016)
(5)    Elect 3-6 ordinary members of Council (under President Duncan)
(6)    Elect 2 delegates to District Council.

This committee aims to put on events and support organisations that encourage and develop children and young people.

The Projects Committee manages fund-raising activities and recommends the charities to receive funding to the Club Council and Business meeting. It also supports our International projects.
