This annual meeting elects next years officers, accepts last years accounts ensuring the club is set up for the next year Jul16-Jun 2017 plus a talk on Foundation. Cashier - John Williams, General Host - Paul Dover.
This Special General Meeting is an important marker in the calendar of the club. Planning for next year is due to start soon and today we ensure that we have Officers etc for next year and confirm our finances are sound.
Please attend if at all possible !This will be followed by a presentation on Foundation by John Helmsing.

Our annual charity car parking at Christmas using two car parks with the kind permission of the University and department of Chemistry raises £30,000 or more, mainly for local charities . To apply for a grant see our grant application

This committee aims to put on events and support organisations that encourage and develop children and young people.
