D1080 Young Chef
The District 1080 competition went very well with eight students taking part. The winner was Lauren Smith for West Anglia College, King's Lynn and the runner up was Maddy Masters from Farlingaye High School in Woodbridge; both will go forward to the Regional Final. Lauren cooked Thai style mussels, seabream on a warm carrot salad and layered cheese cake.
