President Karen's Thank You

Karen reflected on a highly successful year as President and wished to thank all rotarians and friends for their support.

As a thank you to everyone for their support, during her year in office, President Karen provided an evening of fun and fellowship. A ploughman's supper was enjoyed by a group of over 50 rotarians and friends. This was followed by entertainment by the Upwood Ukeleles. A variety of music, from across the years, was enjoyed by all. There was audience participation and they even managed to get Rhiana Reagan - one of our guests from March 2020 - to join in with the band on a spare instrument!

The band raises funds from its performances and donates it to MAPAS Air Ambulance. To date they have raised over £30,000 for the charity. Rotary March was pleased to donate £250 towards this, raised on the evening.
