Lendwithcare
We participate in CARE International's microfinance lending initiative, Lendwithcare.
This scheme enables us to provide finance for loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries, thus enabling people to work their way out of poverty.
We have been involved in this scheme since 2016 and as at 31st December 2024 we had financed £5,312.18 to 171 loans across 11 developing nations.
We regard this as a very worthwhile cause to support and look to increase involvement when funds become available to us.

Charity Golf Day at Ipswich Golf Club, Purdis Heath on Thursday 2nd May 2024 has raised £2,660. Thank you to all participants and to all our supporters. Our next Charity Golf Day will be at Ipswich Golf Club on the 11th September 2025.

Over 20 years ago we entered into this twinning which has resulted in regular cultural visits, joint projects and exchange of ideas.

This project involved restoration of existing outside teaching areas, the addition of further benching and raised beds plus planting in several areas of the school grounds including trees.

In 2021 we completed a joint project with our twinned German club. We assisted the Greenlight Trust in constructing an apiary.
