We helped build an Apiary
In 2021 we completed a joint project with our twinned German club. We assisted the Greenlight Trust in constructing an apiary.
In 2021 we completed a joint project with our twinned German club and the Greenlight Trust. This included the construction of an apiary, which is used to observe bee hives. This has enabled the trust to teach people how to look after bees.

Over 20 years ago we entered into this twinning which has resulted in regular cultural visits, joint projects and exchange of ideas.

This project involved restoration of existing outside teaching areas, the addition of further benching and raised beds plus planting in several areas of the school grounds including trees.
