Hurricane Melissa – Rotary District 1010, Now Is the Time to Act
Jamaica has been left devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Thousands of families are without homes, clean water, or basic supplies. But help is already there — and we can help it go further.
ShelterBox aid has now arrived in Jamaica
Emergency shelter kits, blankets, water carriers, mosquito nets, and solar lights have landed in Kingston and will be deployed to the worst-affected communities. More aid is being prepared in Panama — and Rotary is part of that effort. Now it's our turn to back that up with action and awareness.
What District 1010 can do right now:
Donate if you can: https://shelterbox.org/where-we-work/hurricane-melissa/...
We understand that things are difficult right now — but imagine if your home had just been destroyed. Even a small donation or a single share can help get vital support to families in urgent need.
Rotary has the power to spread hope. Let’s prove it together. Join us in helping Jamaica recover — one action, one donation, one share at a time. District 1010 — let’s stand together.
