Our meeting on Tuesday 1st July, was the installation of our new President for the year 2014/2015. Rtn. John Newman recalled the numerous events held by the Club during his Presidential Year and then called forward our President-Elect Rtn. Gillian Brown and handed to her the collar of office with best wishes for a happy and successful year as our President. Gillian then told the club what she hoped to achieve during her year, particularly as the Club will be celebrating its 90th Charter. The Club is hoping to be increasing its numbers and in this respect, if anyone reading this report feels they would like to know more about what Rotary does and would like to become a member of our organisation, please contact our President c/o the Burlington Palm Hotel.
