We were invited to visit the Hockwold Bowls Club after successfully acquiring a much needed second hand lawn mower for the club.
We were very kindly invited to visit the Hockwold Bowls Club after successfully acquiring a much needed second hand lawn mower for the club. The request to help was urgent as their existing lawn mower had broken down and could not be repaired.
A donation of £250 secured the replacement lawn mower within a few days, thanks to Rotarian Brian Rutterford's local contacts and excellent negotiating skills.
