benefits to the individual or the wider community if the
grant application is successful.

Community Fund
The
successful application will be selected by the Rotary Club members and
announced in the Stratford Herald along with details of how the money will be
used.
Terms and Conditions
- Applications will only be accepted online
by completing the all the details shown below and submitting them to The
Rotary Club of Stratford upon Avon through this website.
- Applicants do not have to be from a
registered Charity, but we may ask for supporting evidence that the
application is genuine.
- Due to Rotary International rules and
regulations, we cannot consider any grants relating to promotion of any
political or religious groups.
- A successful grant application from the
fund may gain local newspaper coverage and on social media, all applicants
need to be agreeable to receiving publicity. Grants will be paid by BACS
or cheque at the end of each calendar month.
- Groups that will be given priority are
small groups and individuals who are not in receipt of support from other
sources, paid staff or fundraisers
- Applications will be assessed by Rotary
Club members only, who will decide on which application will receive a grant, unsuccessful applications will be carried
over for a period of three months, they will be re-considered each month
during this period. After three months all applications will be deleted.
- The decision of the Rotary Club in
allocating a grant is final and no correspondence will be
entered into regarding the selection process.
- The maximum number of grants issues per
Rotary Year through this scheme will be 12.
