There are young people who have, or have the ability to develop, a writing talent and Rotary promotes writing and its development through the Young Writer competition.
A theme is published annually and the competition starts at club level, winners progress to district events and, ultimately, a national final; the winning work is published in Rotary magazines and on the Rotary GB&I website. The quality of work submitted has been outstanding.
