Tree of Life

A Christmas Tree dedication in memory of those who have passed on

Shipston Home Nursing receiving a cheque for £1281 resulting from donations to the Christmas 2025 Tree of Life.

For many years at Christmas time, Shipston Rotary Club has sponsored the Tree of Life, which forms the centre piece of the town's decorations. Each year the residents of Shipston and the surrounding area are invited to sponsor a light on the tree in memory of loved ones.  The money raised is then donated by the Rotary Club to a local charity.  In 2025, Shipston Home Nursing was chosen to be the recipient and the photograph shows Avryl Thompson (a Club member) presenting a cheque for £1281 to Kate Bamford of Shipston Home Nursing.
