The Rotary Club of Nuneaton hosted a thrilling and fun-filled charity race night on Friday, 11th October, at the Lady of the Angels Church Hall. The event, which attracted over 90 enthusiastic guests, was a resounding success, raising much-needed funds for local charitable causes.
With five race teams competing in a series of entertaining races, the atmosphere was electric from the very start. Guests cheered on their chosen teams, with friendly competition and lighthearted banter adding to the lively ambiance of the evening. A lovely snack box was served to all in attendance, ensuring no one went hungry, and refreshments flowed freely throughout the night, keeping spirits high.
The highlight of the event came with the much-anticipated "Grand National," where the winners of the evening’s races faced off in a final showdown. The excitement in the hall was palpable as the top teams went head-to-head, with the ultimate victor crossing the finish line to cheers and applause.
The charity race night was marked by its sense of community, laughter, and generosity. In true Rotary spirit, the event not only provided an evening of entertainment but also brought people together in support of important local causes.
The Rotary Club of Nuneaton extends its heartfelt thanks to all who attended, participated, and contributed to the success of the night. Their support ensures that the Club can continue its valuable work in the community, helping those in need.
