Supporting the Environment

Summary of the Club's Environmental Activities

ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS

Our Club gets involved in a variety of environmental improvement projects.  This includes working with schools to promote environmental awareness and simple tasks such as litter picking to tidy up the local town environment.   We have been particularly pleased to have been part of the Queen’s Green Canopy on a number of occasions during its year.

We are keen to work with and support other groups on their projects and have members who are experts able to provide some guidance on a wide range of environmental issues.

The slide show gives some idea of the range of activities.
