The Rotary Club of Wigan was delighted to welcome Rotary GB&I President John Minhinick to our lunchtime meeting on Thursday 14th February 2013.
President Minhinick was accompanied by District 1280 Governor Colin Ince.
The proceedings included the exchange of greetings and banners, and the presentation of a 'Paul Harris' Award to Rotarian Phil HIrst for his tireless fund raising on behalf of the club.
