Lunch time meeting held on 29th January 2015

On Thursday 29th January 2015 President Chris Grist welcomed 23 Club Rotarians and our speaker Claire Mathieson to this lunch time meeting held at the Gilvenbank Hotel. Seven apologies for absence were received. On reception this week was Will Wishart who said grace, Gerald Cameron and Alan Strath. Foundation chair Brian Johnson returned from his trip in Sri Lanka where he had visited as a representative of his church. He met up with the Vice President of the Rotary Club of Kandy who is in charge of projects and he spoke of the project on the limb fitting centre which they are involved with the Rotary Club of Dundee. President Elect Wilna spoke of the Work placements for High School pupils which some of the Rotarians had taken up as Fife Council no longer give pupils this opportunity. President Chris Grist once again mentioned The Rotary Club of Kinross
