Lunch time meeting held on 25th September 2014

On Thursday 25th September 2014 President Chris Grist welcomed 24 Club Rotarians and June McVay a guest of May Ford to this lunch time meeting held at the Gilvenbank Hotel. Ten apologies for absence were received. On reception this week was Lars Christiansen who said grace, Andy Strachan, Julie MacDougall and John Ferris. Will Wishart announced that the next match in the Gavel Competition will take place against The Rotary Club of Bridge of Allan in Stirling on Monday 6th October 2014. The Rotary Club of Cowdenbeath have also made contact for a suitable date President Chris Grist advised that Rae McKnight had temporarily stepped down as community chair due to suffering a broken leg and that Anne Sampson would cover this position.
