Lunch time meeting held on 11th July 2013

On Thursday 11th July 2013 President Tracy Thomson took the chair as she welcomed 21 Club Rotarians and to this lunch time meeting held at the Gilvenbank Hotel. The reception team for this week was John Allison who said grace, May Ford and Alan Strath. President Tracy advised that a focus was being placed on the Shoe Box appeal as Rotary had set a challenge for this project. Also the club agreed to join the Fie Association of Rotary Clubs in order that joint funding and support could go towards needy causes. This meeting on Thursday 11th July 2013 was council reports day where the committee chairs outlined their projects for the forthcoming year and where the Treasurer Walter Fletcher displayed the draft of last year
