New member to raise members' dopamine levels!
Tarporley Rotary Club continues to grow - recruiting local shop keeper Charles Hardy.
On Tuesday 5th August 2014, Charles Hardy was initiated as a full member into the Rotary Club of Tarporley by President Mike Lloyd. Charles is the Proprietor of The Old Fire Station Chocolate Shop on Tarporley High Street, which he runs together with his wife Sandra.
Charles has been a generous supporter of the club for many years, selling our books and DVD, for no benefit to himself.
From the start of Hardy & Co. in 1990, Charles and Sandra have produced a range of excellent continental truffles and other chocolate products under their Freudenberg brand. Charles is the third generation of his family to be involved in the confectionery industry.
