ANNUAL DONATIONS  Y. E. JUNE 2018

  From its early begging's one of the main purpose of Rotary International is bringing together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standarfds in all vocations, and the advance good will and peaqce around the world.

  One way of achieving this is often by raising public awareness through seeking donations.

  At the end of each Rotary year it has become a tradition in the Oldham Club for thar years President to invite recipiants  to share a meal and then receive their donation.

  The Rotary Club of Oldham once again shared the results of the year's charitable activities when they proudly presented cheques totalling £6,244.00 to 13 local, national and international organisations.

  Those locally included Dr Kershaw's, Emmaus, the Mayor of Oldham Appeal, North Manchester General Hospital, Positive Steps and Oldham Mountain Rescue.
