ANNUAL DONATIONS Y.E. JUNE 2017

   From the very first meeting the main purpose of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in al vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.

  One way of achieving this is often by raising awareness through funding.  At the end of his year of office it has become the tradition in the Oldham club to invite recipients of donations to share lunch and then receive the donation.

  For various reasons only two could attend, Lisa Pearson (Dr. Kershaw's) and Peter Hyde (Oldham Mountain Rescue.  They are [pictured above with President Neil Taylor.

  At the May Club Council meeting it was agreed that the following donations be made.
