OWDUM Edge is the monthly news letter distributed to members, local Rotary Clubs, District Officers and those who have benefited from the clubs support in the past.
Its brief is to record club happenings, District Council matters, District Assemblies & conferences. Club family gossip also plays an important role .
Now in it's 290thedition (AUGUST 2018), and in full colour, the present format dates back to July 1994.
In the club's archives the earliest is dated August 1939 with an issue number of 95, suggesting a first edition in July 1931, two years after the clubs formation.
Oldham Edge (Owdum Edge) is part of the Moorland that divides Lancashire from Yorkshire.
