The speaker this lunchtime was Marie Adams, Principle of Hope Academy. She spoke of her appreciation for our club and said that many of her pupils had developed various skills by entering the Rotary Youth Competitions.

Marie considered Newton-le-Willows Rotary as part of the Hope Academy family and she bought gifts for our members. In addition she presented a framed map to the club thanking the club for supporting the school.

Over the Rotary year your generous donations have been used to support a diverse range of causes. A total of £20,764 was donated with a further £2,600 distributed to the community groups that helped us with our float collections.

Providing Rotary Service to International Communities. The following programme has been agreed at club assembly.

In the Rotary year 24/25 we have distributed £21,335 and supported 34 local and UK charities and 13 International projects. Also see our 2025 Wrapped which gives a summary of all the things we achieved.
