The club welcomed Robert Smyth, a potential new membeer who  attended as a guest,. He was given details of the Presentation Evening and the Curry Night.

 

At this meeting Ian Parr gave a summary of the plans for a community garden, on the allotments site at the Conservative Club in the High Street.

It was also proposed by Alan Pomfret and seconded by Ian Parr that a donation should be made to Speedy Hire's chosen charity, for the use of the vehicle during the Christmas Collections. The motion was carried without dissent.

In the Rotary year 24/25 we have distributed £21,335 and supported 34 local and UK charities and 13 International projects. Also see our 2025 Wrapped which gives a summary of all the things we achieved.
