EVENING MEETING

SPEAKER: Barry Curran and Float team share the proposals for our Christmas activities.

18 members attended.

This evening's meeting was primarily to discuss our christmas float activities, Barry, Len and Alan P (the float team) presented the plans for the mobile and static floats this year. They highlighted the issues particularly with respect to insurance issues. Rotarians would be issued with the rosters this week and are requested to state their availabilities.
