Executive and Club Service Team
The Executive and Club Service Team responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinate the following activities within the club.
1. Club Finances
2. Club Meetings
3. Club Service Teams
4. Members Welfare
5. Membership Development
6. Club Venues, rotas and dates
7. Special Meetings, AGM, Club Assembly, and Presidential changeover.
8. Charter Night
9. Ensure communications from District and GB and I are notified to members.
10. Designate members to represent the club at District Council Meetings, Assembly and Conference.
11. Promote and encourage Fellowship and support social activities involving club members.
12. Rule on issues that cannot be resolved at team level.
13. Ensure that the club is compliant in Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity and other Rotary policies.
