YOUTH SPEAKS DISTRICT FINAL NW

This year our club will be hosting the NW District Final-details to follow.
Winners of Golborne, Warrington, St Helens and Leigh heats.
The club hosted the Rotary Youth Speaks North West final at Hope Academy.
An excellent and competitive performance from the 8 teams which participated resulted in the Intermediate event being won by Lymm High School and the Senior event being won by Bedford High School, Leigh.
The winning teams now go through to the District Grand Final at Forest Hills Hotel, Frodsham on Sunday 23 March.
Commiserations and well done to all our schools that participated this year in what was a high standard of public speaking.
Many thanks to Headteacher, Mrs Adams and the staff at Hope Aademy who made the evening possible.
