ANNUAL NEWTON BEER FESTIVAL

Thu, Apr 3rd 2025 at 6:00 pm- Sat, Apr 5th 2025 - 11:30 pm

VENUE: Newton Sports Club, Crow Lane
For full details of this event check out our dedicated beer festival website and Facebook page.

This years beer festival took place in fine weather although it was in jeopardy of being cancelled due to mindless vandalism on the evening before the event. The marque was badly damaged, beer lines and electrics cut resulting in 29 casks being emptied.

Sterling efforts from our own volunteers, 4T Brewery and the Firkin who spent much of Thursday rescuing the situation so that the festival could get under way as scheduled at 6.00pm.

The full story of the beer festival can be found on the beer festival website and dedicated Facebook page.

Many thanks go to our sponsors, the beer festival committee and helpers who made the event a success.
