SUPPORTING MEDICINS SANS FRONTIERES - DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS

See details of our meeting on 18 June where our speaker was Brigid Atterton, a nurse working for MSF.

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid in more than 70 countries.

Our speaker on 18 June was Brigid Atterton who gave a talk about her experience with MSF and the history of the organisation. Brigid is a Nurse with experience with MSF in South Sudan, Greece, Afghanistan, and Nigeria.

She gave members an inspirational talk about working as a nurse in the most hostile environments.

The club is pleased to support her and this amazing charity.
