1. A proposal for a donation to support the 100th NLWGA’s annual show. Proposed by Derek Hirst and seconded by John Shaw. For 15, Against 0 and No abstentions. The motion was therefore carried.
There was also discussion about further involvement with NLWGA and it was decided that the club should meet with members of the association to discuss mutually compatible support and joint working
