1. Young Citizen Award: It was proposed that the two entrants from our club receive gift tokens each. Proposed by Les Clancy. Unanimously passed. Proposal Carried

2. Proposal- To keep a float in the the Beer Festival Account in order to mitigate the financial risk to members in the event of another Beer Festival next year. Proposed by Ian Parr. 23 For, 1 abstention (RE), 1 Against (PR). Proposal Carried

3. Proposal for funds to repair the small marquee. Proposed by Ken Smith. Unanimously passed. Proposal Carried.

There was also a discussion about a future Beer Festival next year. This issue will be brought back to the club after the Beer Festival Committee have met with the Management of the Sports Club
