EVENING BUSINESS MEETING

Members to meet and agree proposals from committee meetings.
Fellowship Stewards: BRIAN WOODWARD + RICHARD YORK.
DG Swati will be in attendance.
Buffet available from 6.45pm


Club members welcomed Dr Swati Mukherjee, District Governor and Edwin Partridge, District Governor Nominee and current Assistant Governor Area 7 (Wigan)
We also welcomed Andrew Sheppack, a prospectve new club member.
The following members were present.
Jim Collier,Viv Clancy, Les Clancy, Ray Bointon, Ray Edwardson, Craig Roberts, Richard York, Brian Woodward, Harry Stevens, Mike Eaves, Geoff Fisher, John Shaw, Ken Smith, Ian Parr, Steve Owen, Les Greenall, Alan Pomfret, David Smith, Alan Robinson, Derek Hirst, Phil Round, John Graves, Geoffrey Shaw, Ade Molajo and Len Rainford.

The following decision was made:

A donation to Golborne Brass band. Proposed by Ian Parr. seconded by Ken Smith. Unanimously accepted.

At the end of the meeting Edwin updated members on the work of Area 7 and Swati enlightened the members on her Rotary journey and the key priorities for the second half of the year.
