Summary of Business Meeting: 10 August 2022 Haydock Park Golf Club
President Alan Pomfret and 22 members
 
The meeting started with the induction of new member , John Morse . John was proposed by Rtn. Geoff Shaw and after the induction by President Alan, was introduced to those members present.
International Committee: Ray Edmonson
It was proposed that the Club purchase 200 shoe boxes at £1.50 each  i.e. a cost of £300. This was seconded and passed unanimously.
Community Committee: Len Rainford
A night at the Firkin arranged for Wednesday 30th November
A donation to St.Marys Beaver Scouts towards the cost of a covered area was proposed , seconded and agreed unanimously
Youth Services Committee: No Meeting had taken place this month
Executive Committee:( report read by Geoff Fisher )
A  gift to Mark Bolton , the Golf Club caterer in appreciation of his 21 years service was proposed seconded and passed unanimously  . This was then presented to Mark during the meeting

The Executive Committee has presented its plans for the coming year. The role of the executive is to oversee the service functions of the club.
