YOUNG CHEF COMPETITION-DISTRICT FINAL

Wed, Feb 26th 2020 at 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm



Venue: Hope Academy



Our club hosted this years district final at Hope Academy. There were 8 contestants from the local district heats and they had to prepare a three course meal in two hours. Judging was by a team of chefs from Marriot Hotels.

The standard of cooking was excellent and the first and second placed candidates now go through to the regional finals which will be held in two weeks time in Leeds.

The Hope Academy student, Holly Stazicker was unplaced but put in a creditable performance. Thanks to Hope Academy for hosting this event.
