END OF SCHOOL YEAR ART COMPETITION (YR 1) AND YOUNG ACHIEVERS
In June our local primary schools got involved in our Art Competition and in July students from our primary and special needs schools were recognised for their achievements.
This year primary schools in our service area across Newton, Earlestown, Lowton, Golborne and Burtonwood participated in our annual Art competition and Young Achievers awards.
The Art competition is for Y1 children and this year our winner from Lyme Community Primary was judged first in the District and awarded a £25 gift voucher. Second in the District was from Golborne Community Primary. The winner at the Federation of St Mary's was judged to be 3rd in the District and received a £15 gift voucher.
Well done to all participants in this years competition and also to students who received their Young Achiever awards.
