More Giving From Iron Man
At the Rotary Club's meeting on Thursday, 16th July cheques were presented by courtesy of Iron Man 2014 to British Heart Foundation and Pancreatic Cancer UK.
The picture shows president Tom Mather handing over a cheque for just over £1000 to Yvonne Bradshaw a volunteer fundraiser for British Heart Foundation and one for £900 to Jan Lord fundraiser and volunteer worker for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Both ladies gave personal and moving accounts of their association with the charities and convinced the members of the worthiness of their organisations.
